Is the tour really private?
Yes. The Jeep is reserved exclusively for your group. You will not share the vehicle with other guests.
Can we skip some of the stops?
Yes. The itinerary is flexible because this is a private tour. If a particular farm, attraction or product stop does not interest you, you can skip it and spend more time elsewhere.
Can we spend more time at Khem Beach?
Yes. Khem Beach is the final main stop of the tour, and you can spend more time swimming and relaxing there if you prefer. The overall schedule can be adjusted to your group.
Do we have to buy anything at the farms?
No. Visits to local farms and product stops are included as part of the experience, but there is no obligation to buy anything. You are welcome to simply look around, learn about the products and continue with the tour.
Can the guide help us choose local products?
Absolutely. Your guide is a native islander who knows Phu Quoc and its local communities very well. He is there to help you throughout the day, whether you are interested in buying something or simply want to understand what you are seeing.
And sometimes the most useful advice is simply: “Don't buy this - it's not worth your money.”
Are all entrance fees included?
Yes. All entrance fees for the included tour stops are covered by the tour price. Personal purchases and souvenirs are not included.
What happens if we don't want to visit all the farms?
That's completely fine. The tour is designed to be flexible. You can spend less time at product stops and more time at cultural sites, local areas or the beach.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A traditional local lunch is included. Common food preferences and dietary requirements can be accommodated when arranged in advance.
Is Khem Beach suitable for swimming?
Yes. Khem Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Phu Quoc, with soft, fine sand and a gently sloping entrance into the water. The shallow entry makes it comfortable for both young children and older guests.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Yes. Families can join the tour comfortably. The private format makes it easy to adjust the pace, skip stops and spend more time at the beach when traveling with children.
Is this tour only about shopping?
No. Shopping is completely optional. The local stops are primarily about discovering the traditional crafts, products and everyday life that have been part of Phu Quoc for generations.
You can learn how local products are made, see how island families make a living and discover parts of Phu Quoc that most visitors never see.
What if we want to buy something?
Your guide can explain the products, help you communicate with local sellers and give you honest advice about what is worth buying. Purchases are paid separately and are not included in the tour price.
How long does the tour take?
The tour normally takes approximately 6–7 hours. Because the itinerary is private and flexible, the exact duration can vary depending on traffic, the stops you choose and how much time you spend at Khem Beach.
Are all stops available all year round?
Not necessarily. Some local farms and product facilities may have seasonal opening periods or may occasionally be closed. If a particular stop is unavailable, we will adjust the itinerary and offer another suitable experience whenever possible.

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before departure unless otherwise agreed individually.
Weather & Sea Conditions
If local authorities or sea police do not allow boats to leave the harbor because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the tour will be canceled at our own expense.

The guide may stop snorkeling activity at any time if sea conditions become unsafe.
