This experience is different. The speedboat is private, the itinerary remains flexible, and your guide enters the water with you throughout the snorkeling sessions. We select reef locations based on sea conditions and focus on coral reefs, marine life, and the overall quality of the snorkeling experience rather than the number of stops.

Which reef is the best in South Phu Quoc?

There is no single "best" reef every day.

For coral diversity and overall reef health, Hon Kim Quy is often one of our top choices. Bat Reef is excellent for larger coral formations and marine life, while Hon Gam Ghi and Hon Buom can offer fantastic conditions for beginners and families.

Depending on sea conditions, we may also visit other reef systems around the An Thoi Archipelago, including Jungle Reef, North-East Reef, Hon Vang, Hon Kho, Hon Dam, and reef areas around Hon May Rut.

The best snorkeling location changes from day to day and depends on visibility, currents, wind direction, wave conditions, and guest experience level. Rather than following a fixed route, we select the locations that offer the best possible snorkeling conditions on the day of your trip.

Is this tour suitable for serious snorkelers?

Yes.

While beginners are welcome, this tour is also designed for guests who want more than a quick snorkeling stop. We regularly visit deeper reef areas, healthy coral gardens, sea anemone fields, and lesser-known locations that are often missed by standard island-hopping tours.

The private format allows us to spend more time where the snorkeling is at its best.

Which snorkeling locations do we visit?

The most common locations include Hon Kim Quy, Hon Gam Ghi, Bat Reef, and Jungle Reef. The final route depends on weather, visibility, currents, and your snorkeling experience level.

Can beginners join this tour?

Absolutely. Many of our guests are first-time snorkelers. We select suitable reef locations and provide guidance to help you feel comfortable in the water.

Can we spend more time snorkeling?

Yes. Because the tour is private, we can often adjust the program throughout the day. If snorkeling is your priority, we can reduce beach time and focus more on reef exploration.

Do we have to visit Aquatopia Water Park?

No. Aquatopia is included, but participation is optional. Some guests prefer relaxing on Hon Thom Island or spending more time enjoying the scenery instead.

Is the Hon Thom Cable Car included?

Yes. The cable car ticket is included in the tour price. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes and offers spectacular views over the An Thoi Archipelago.

Can we choose between May Rut and Mong Tay Island?

Usually yes. Depending on sea conditions and timing, we can discuss which island better suits your preferences on the day of the tour.

What marine life can we see while snorkeling?

Guests commonly encounter coral gardens, sea anemones, clownfish, parrotfish, butterflyfish, rabbitfish, wrasses, and many other tropical reef species. Marine life varies daily and cannot be guaranteed.

Is lunch included?

No. Lunch is optional and can be arranged on one of the islands. Seafood, meat, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety always comes first. If local authorities do not allow boats to operate due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, the tour will be canceled or rescheduled.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Yes. Families with children regularly join this experience. Calm reef locations and flexible scheduling make it suitable for many age groups.
