Yes, you can snorkel around Phu Quoc Island - but most good snorkeling locations are not accessed directly from regular beaches.

However, many coastal snorkeling spots are not easy to access from land. The coastline around Phu Quoc often consists of rocky shores, steep slopes, and cliffs, making entry and exit from the water challenging.
The safest and easiest way to explore these areas is by boat. Short speedboat trips allow access to reefs, coral gardens, and snorkeling sites around the island and nearby islands while choosing locations with suitable conditions for the day.
We do not recommend exploring unknown coastal reefs on your own. Even places that look calm from the surface can have changing currents, waves, slippery rocks, or other conditions that are difficult to judge without local experience.
